How to Prepare?
Take 1 cup of puttu podi in a bowl, add salt as required and mix well. Sprinkle 1 cup of water all over and mix with your fingertips and rest for 10 minutes. Steam the mix for about 5 minutes, until cooked through. Enjoy hot with a side of spicy black chickpeas curry or sugar and banana.
