Nicely powdered white rice suitabler to make nice pathiri, idiyappam or palappam.
How to Prepare?
Take 2 cups of water and boil it. In a separate bowl, add I cup of rice flour, salt as required and mix well. Pour boiled water accordingly and mix well. Once you are able to handle the dough by hand, knead it nicely for 1 to2 minutes. Put the batter into the Idiyappam maker and make the idiyappam then steam it for about 5 minutes until it is thoroughly cooked . Enjoy hot with a side of spicy kurma or sweetened coconut milk.
