Finely powdered Chicken Masala powder contains Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilly, Cloves, Cinnamon, Pepper, Cardamom, Cumin, and Sweet Cumin.

How to Prepare?

Set the Kadai to hot then pour a little oil. Add cut onions to become golden, then add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, cut tomatoes and mix well. Blend together by adding Brahmagiris Chicken Masala, cleaned chicken cuts, lime juice of one half of a lime and salt accordingly. Keep the full flame on, once the steam comes up, change the flame to medium and cook thoroughly (If you are using pressure cooker 2 whistles are enough). Enjoy hot with Chappati, Parotta and Meals.

NB: For 1Kg Chicken 2 teaspoon full chicken Masala is enough.
