Finely powdered Meat Masala powder contains Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilly, Cloves, Cinnamon, Pepper, Cardamom, Cumin, and Sweet Cumin.

How to Prepare?

Set the Kadai to hot then pour a little oil. Add cut onions to become golden, then add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, cut tomatoes and mix well. Blend together by adding2 teaspoon Brahmagiris Meat Masala, cleaned cut meat, lime juice of one half of a lime and salt accordingly. Keep the full flame on, once the steam comes up, change the flame to medium until thoroughly cooked (If you are using pressure cooker 3 whistles are required). Enjoy hot with Chappati, Parotta and Meals.

NB: For 1Kg Meat 2 teaspoon full Meat Masala is enough.
