Description

Brahmagiri’s sambar powder is made from best Wayanadan spices to add good flavors to your food, specifically traditional Kerala style. It is finely powdered and blended.

Contents 

Finely powdered sambar powder contains Red chilly, Coriander, Turmeric, Yellow split dal, Fenugreek, Kayam, Black Gram and Pepper.

How to Prepare?

Take a pan into hot, pour a little oil then add cut vegetables and mix well. Add 2 teaspoon Brahmagiri’s Sambar powder into the same and mix finely then add 2 cups of water, 2 table spoon tamarind water and salt accordingly. Keep the full flame on until cooked through (If you are using pressure cooker 2 whistles are enough). Enjoy hot with meals.

NB: For 1Kg vegetables 2 teaspoon full sambar powder is enough.
