Brahmagiri’s Pickle powder is made from best Wayanadan spices to prepare best pickle, specifically traditional Kerala style. It is finely powdered and blended.

Finely powdered Pickle powder contains Turmeric, Red Chilly, Pepper, Fenugreek and Kayam.

How to Prepare?

Set the Kadai over medium fire and pour 2 tablespoon of cooking oil to heat. We usually prefer sesame oil for pickling. When the oil is heated add a little mustard seeds to crack then add ginger and garlic paste and curry leaves to sauté. Continue the same by adding what we use to pickling like mango, lemon etc. Add 3 teaspoon of pickle powder and mix well then pour vinegar and sprinkle salt accordingly. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame and allow the pickle to cool down. You can transfer the pickle to air tight container for later use.

NB: For 1Kg Pickle3 teaspoon full Pickle powder is enough.
