Kethel Chicken Masala powder contains Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilly, Pepper, Cumin, and Sweet Cumin.
How to Prepare?
Take a bowl add ginger garlic paste, juice of 1 portion of lemon, salt accordingly and 2 teaspoon Kethel chicken Masala mix well then add cleaned chicken cuts to marinate in the mixture and rest for 1 hour. Heat the oil in a heavy-based pan and put the chicken pieces into it. Deep-fry over a medium flame, till the chicken is tender and brown. Serve garnished with lemon twists and coriander leaves.
NB: For 1Kg Chicken 3 teaspoon full Kethel chicken Masala is enough.
