Finely powdered Fish Masala powder contains Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilly, Pepper, Fenugreek and Sweet Cumin.

How to Prepare?

Heat the kadai pan then pour a little oil. Add cut onions and stir it until it turns golden, then add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, cut tomatoes and mix well. Blend together by adding Brahmagiris Fish Masala, cleaned Fish cuts, 3 pieces of Garcinia Combogia and salt accordingly. Keep the full flame on, once the steam comes up change the flame to medium until thoroughly cooked. Enjoy hot with Chappati, Parotta and Meals.

NB: For 1Kg Fish 2 teaspoon full Fish Masala is enough.
